How does trade loft insulation work?
For new dwellings and extensions, the insulation has to match the design that achieved compliance, so we work from your SAP or U-value calculation and the specified product. We can install between and over the ceiling ties, fit eaves ventilation trays and loft hatches, and leave a boarded access route to services. More about trade loft insulation.

Works to your programme
We price per plot and fit around your build programme and site rules.
Fixed written price
The price on the quote is the price you pay. It only changes if you change the job, or if we find something hidden, such as rot, and you agree the change in writing first.
How much does trade loft insulation cost in Newquay?
Trade prices are shown before any VAT. Work on new dwellings is normally zero-rated; extensions and refurbishment are normally standard-rated, and the construction reverse charge may apply. Each quote shows the VAT treatment.
Building regulations in England
In England, a loft insulated across more than half its area should reach a U-value of 0.16 W/m²K. Insulation alone is not usually notified to building control. How the rules work across the UK.
