Who we are
Loft Insulation Installers is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 16932889). We are part of the S&K Group, a Birmingham-based group of building, glazing and property improvement businesses run from Units 1–4 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr.
We focus on one part of the house: the loft. That means insulation, top-ups, boarding, hatches, ladders, ventilation, old insulation and spray foam removal, and the surveys that tell you which of those you actually need.
How the work is done
Every job starts with a survey, or for small jobs a few photos, and a fixed written quote. Work is carried out by our installation team, which can include vetted subcontract installers working under our supervision. Whoever fits it, your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, and we are responsible for the work.
What we will not do
- Cold call or knock on doors selling insulation
- Promise free insulation or grants we cannot deliver
- Install spray foam, or recommend removing it without an independent inspection
- Publish reviews that are not from real customers
- Claim memberships or accreditations we do not hold
